The Guatemala team heads out in FOUR weeks! Team members include the following: Pat Whitworth, Jimmy Armstrong, Bill Beyer, Bob Holman, Sterling Farber, Meagan Farber, Emmeri Bousman, Josh Marble, Natalie Stapleton, Debbie Lalli, Kelly Guier, Lisa Guier, Kevin Guier and Lisa Pierce. Please be praying for these individuals as well as for the people they will be working with in Guatemala.
The main place the team will work is with Kairos Christian School. The team is collecting the items listed below to take as donations for the school. If you would like to help out by donating any of these items, please bring them to church between now and October 24 or give them directly to a team member. Gracias!
1) safety scissors
2) regular scissors
3) small, plastic pencil sharpeners
4) pencils
5) small treats or prizes
6) playdough
7) grid paper (the kind with small boxes)
8) handwriting paper
9) teacher posters (in Spanish or English), can be "motivational" or subjects (i.e. maps, math, science, etc.) and can be new or used (in decent condition, por favor)
10) fingerpaint
11) costume makeup
